Dudes Night · Updated September 1, 2026
Dudes Night is a private event-planning app for Raccoon Island 2026. It is designed for the invited crew, not for advertising or public social networking.
Information we collect
- Your display name and optional email address and neighborhood.
- Your RSVP, ride plan, bring-item assignments, event messages, and photos you choose to upload.
- A random device identifier, session credentials, notification token, and unread-message state needed to keep your phone signed in and deliver alerts.
How we use information
We use this information only to operate the event: identify attendees, coordinate rides and supplies, provide the crew chat and photo board, remember your device, prevent removed devices from rejoining, and deliver requested notifications.
Sharing
Your event contributions are visible to other members of the same event. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers. Infrastructure providers may process limited data solely to host the service and deliver Apple or Google notifications.
Retention and deletion
Event data is retained while the event service is active. A host can remove an attendee and their messages, photos, rides, assignments, sessions, and notification tokens.
To request deletion of your Dudes Night data, email support@tappygames.com with the subject “Dudes Night data deletion request” and include the display name you used in the app. We will use that information only to identify the correct event identity and confirm the request.
Approved deletion requests remove your event identity, messages, photos, rides, bring-item assignments, device sessions, and notification tokens. We may retain only limited records when required for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance, and will delete those records when they are no longer required.
Security
Network traffic uses HTTPS. Device sessions and host access are protected by device-bound, revocable credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Dudes Night is intended for adults invited to this private event and is not directed to children.
